Drama Remedy

Drama Remedy conducts a range of fun, energetic classes by qualified Educators with extensive experience in helping students enhance their skills in Speech & Drama, Communication Skills and Creative Writing and grow in confidence. We conduct small group lessons and individual lessons which enable us to focus better on improving students’ talents and helping them gain confidence in the subject.

Drama Remedy was established in 2011 and is currently situated in Churton Park, Wellington. Drama Remedy offers a wide range of educational services to students from Wellington northern suburbs.

Drama Remedy holiday programmes are a great opportunity to expose your child to the art of drama & speech with our exciting and enjoyable workshops which are designed to enhance children’s appreciation of the performing arts and to develop confidence and communication skills.

AFTER SCHOOL SPEECH & DRAMA

Our lessons are designed so that all students will, Develop their confidence in the use of language and performing. Learn to appreciate literature and enjoy presenting it to an audience. Speak clearly with clarity and correct pronunciation. Improve their listening and reading skills. Ability to work in a team environment and present work with understanding. Be encouraged to pursue TRINITY College, London examinations.

CREATIVE WRITING

Creative writing lessons are designed in order to achieve or improve writing that expresses ideas and thoughts in an imaginative way. At Drama Remedy we believe that Creative Writing is not only a creative outlet but it can also be therapeutic for students. We coach students for the International Competitions and Assessments for Schools (ICAS) writing examinations.
